The second edition of Rabbit Hole’s Founder’s Collection series offers an exceptionally exclusive tasting experience, having been aged in Ariake Sangyo cooperage hand-crafted Mizunara oak casks made from 200-500 year old Japanese Mizunara oak trees. The Rabbit Hole Mizunara Founder’s Collection 15 year old Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a select blend of aged whiskey from Rabbit Hole founder Kaveh Zamanian’s personal collection, matured for at least 15 years in charred American oak barrels before undergoing an additional year of finishing in virgin #3/#5 char Japanese Mizunara oak casks. With a finishing proof of 114.2, and an undisclosed mash bill, this premium whiskey was released in 2021 as a limited edition run of only 1,403 sequentially-numbered bottles, making it a truly magnificent and highly coveted collector’s bourbon.
